Sally, not her real name, came suffering from anxiety and impatience with her husband and her children and herself and with life in general. The dominant word was impatience. She found that this feeling was felt in her chest area and she was able to pull it out of your chest upon direction and visualize it in front of her as a black rock. She then noticed the specific spinning direction of that black rock and was successful reversing that spin at a very high rate of speed much like a tornado or a high-speed washing machine.
